How to aquire permission for samples in music

I need to know how to aquire permission to use voice samples from movies or tv in my music.

its a pain in the ass but i need to try.

well, i ve tryed this a few times and i think youy need artist permisson or record companie to get these samples or something like that.
i ddont know it is very complicated.

Thats for sure I need the artists permission, but its impossible to get in touch with the artists... Man I got to many samples in my album, its gona be a nightmare.
Screw it Il just give away all my albums

The Australian royalty collection society is called PPCA. It's a royalty-collection service which grants you a license to use a particular piece of music (and I think film) in public.

In your case, the licence is called a sync licence (as you are planning to sync voice/music to film). When you call ask for the sync-licencing department. All will be revealed when you get in touch with the PPCA.
