that's bull****, throw her in gen pop and let the men pimp her out for cigarettes and toilet schnapps.

I read today that she was 15 minutes late to her hearing, and after the verdict was announced, her mother screamed at the prosecutor that he "was pathetic". She should've been found guilty for contempt of court, and let momma do time too.

I don't have anything against her, because I don't really have time for this current set of celebutantes. My wife was very happy to hear she was getting jail time, though

She still has an awful lot of exposure, and a mountain of money. If she turned her life around, and became a philanthropist of some sort, maybe took up a cause that needs a famous champion, she could do an enormous amount of good. I've never seen hatred or evil from her (though again, I haven't really been paying attention), just ignorance of the type a lot of spoiled kids have. That can be grown out of. Hopefully she'll learn something from this, but I won't hold my breath. I guess we'll see.

As much as I hate to admit it, I have watched her show and the crap she pulls on these people is unjustified and just plain wrong. She was most certainly a spoiled child and STILL acts like one even as an adult. I would say Nicole Richie is worse but not by much.

The part that gets me about her is how she thinks she is "above" everyone else just because she has money. I hope jail will give her a reality check.

You gotta give me time, man. I dont see everything right away.

On a sad note, it looks like she's going to the same jail that Michelle Rodriguez was sent to. MR was sentenced to something like 30 days and got out after only 2 hours due to overcrowding in te prison. Hopefully this wont be the case this time. I dont want PH out until she is covered in prison tattoos and her breathe permanently smells like stale tuna.
