TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail!

Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday, and that Hilton made her exit early early this morning.

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of five days --

I'm with Cid. I don't feel sorry for Paris Hilton, not one bit. She thumbs her nose at society and tries to buy her way out of her messes. And apparently it works.

I guess the reason I feel sorry for her, is because she's made quite a mess of herself, and she doesn't quite know what to do about it.

I'm sure house arrest to her for a month would be just like one of us going to the graybar hotel for a few weeks.

I'm willing to bet that by tomorrow night she will be out partying, getting drunk, and driving around. She hasnt learned her lesson at all and if she were to get arressted for the same stuff, she would still blame other people.

Apparently her "medical issue" was depression and she was near suicidal.
They should've waited a few more days.

The least they could've done was come up with a better illness. Flaming butt worms would've been a good one.

Her lawyer and family probably had the depression angle thought up weeks ago. "Count to 100 Paris, and we'll spring you" It is good to have tons of money, no arguing that.
