I think 80's Metal may be making a come back

Especially if young people like this keep up the good work. I found this guy on youtube. He's a 23 year old guitar teacher and I love the title to his youtube page "Bringing the 80s back!" He's put up a lot of lessons and other cool stuff. His earlier lessons were with an Ibanez Prestige of some sort but lately he has a new Charvel So Cal that he loves. Subscribe and you'll find he puts out a lot of cool vids. He looks like he is from the 80s a bit too:

Also, I work at the local schools and when I see how the kids today dress it looks a lot like us back in the 80s when I was in school. They wear AC/DC, Motorhead, Metallica, etc. shirts, skinny jeans... I'm sure we'll be seeing parachute pants soon

As long as the girly hair, long hair is okay, just not girly hair, and makeup stay away, that would be cool.

I guess, I can't think of a single 80's influence, or hell, anything I even really listened to thats guitar related. Now Slayer is FROM the 80's but isn't 80's music, it's timeless devil music. I hate EVH, he just ripped off Paganini note for note. The Cure are about as close as I come to 80s guitar rock. Never was into the whole glam /**** rock thing.

WTH... Never heard that one before. The jeans are tight all the way down the leg on guys and girls.. usually even wearing Van shoes like back in the day.
