"We have never seen him face any top notch strikers, so you cannot say no one can stand with him." - earlier today on here in response to being told no one can stand with chuck.

Re: Iceman Knocked out by Rampage

Come on now shogun, I said numerous times Rampage has a good chance of beating Chuck. No need to gloat, he got caught, that's that.

PS- PM me that link!!!!!!!!!

Re: Iceman Knocked out by Rampage

No no, when I say he got caught, I mean Rampage caught him, fair and square, no excuses. Shogun was right, Chuck's chin was fine against ground and pounders, but not against a striker like Rampage. Chuck regularly eats a few shots to land his one, but he found the wrong guy to eat one from. And the truth is, there are far better strikers out there than Rampage too.

It won't last long, they delete them pretty quickly, but there it is. Shogun, you were totally right, that was a one hitter quitter right there. And no, that wasn't an early stoppage, it was warranted. Side control dropping elbows, done.

Re: Iceman Knocked out by Rampage

but the funny thing is, rampage is still not a striker.. hes a wrestler..lol.. hes better then the guys chuck has fought in the last 3 years but still he is not the top notch striker at 205.. dan is one of my fav as well,, dunno who i will root for yet.. probly rampage but dunno.. chuck was deinately out, if you watch his arms fall to the mat limp after about the 2nd punch on the ground.

Dana White says he wants to do Rampage vs Henderson next, which would be a great great fight. And he wants Chuck to face Wanderlei next, which is my dream fight. Wanderlei has always been my favorite.

Do you guys realize that you have horribly violent tendencies??

I got your "dream fight" right here:

Shogun vs Gilkypoo in the cage!!! (full contact / no gloves)

Ahhh.....the fight of the century indeed

Man... Thanks a lot for the spoiler. I haven't watched the show yet, and now a big part of the fun is ruined.

Re: Iceman Knocked out by Rampage

The ref did the right thing in stopping the fight BUT Liddel did recover quickly and if it was let go we might have seen a good fight. We didn't learn anything about either fighter with that flash knockdown.

Re: Iceman Knocked out by Rampage

you guys are real genious' for going on a forum and clicking the thread the day after the fight.. what did you expect?? you could have downloaded it by now dip****s..

also, watch chucks arms after the 2nd or 3rd punch on the gruond, they go limp to the mat for a second or two, he was knocked out, bottom line. chuck always has quick recovery, he doesnt have an iron chin. i do kind of wish the ref would have let it go for aobut 4 or 5 more punches so chuck wouldnt have gotten up for a few min.
