Ideal room temp/humidity for guitars

I've searched the forums w/o success for this. If I've missed a previously discussed thread please point my head in the right direction.

I'm in the midst of moving my office/practice room upstairs and the heat off my PC alone raises the ambient temp approx. 10 degrees. I’d like to keep a couple guitars readily available on their stands (they’ve been stored in their cases historically) and was wondering other's thoughts/experiences are for ideal temp/humidity is for such a room.

I'm sure the tube combo will raise the temp a bit also when it's ready to be moved (room is 10'x9').

I've found a few things on the web:

yes, but what room temp is the question!

personally, i run both a humidifier and a dehumidifier in my basement and aim to keep the relative humidity at around 50%.

as for humidity only affecting acoustic guitars, no. high humidity seems to cause a tendency towards backbow in my necks, bringing the actions down too low. i also heard tales of low humidity raises frets, etc.
