If you are a guitarist who wishes they were a " signed/touring rockstar" and you long for that ever elusive record deal to become within touching distance. You should pause and think how you may be treated by the "major" labels. It's not all platinum records and champagne y'know.
While I was browsing I came across a site called
www.ultimateshredder.com . It's a competition to find th US's best shredder where you have to submit videos of your playing, PLUS it's backed by the famous Island/Def Jam label....at last "the majors"....sounds kinda cool eh?
