Japanese Text

How do I install Japanese text on my PC, when I go to ikebe all the text is in '???'. Thanks for any help.

Are you using a browser other than Internet Explorer? Typically, when going to a foreign-character site where I don't have the character set already, IE will ask me if I would wish to download it.

I'm using firefox on my new PC, it worked on my old one though.
