Jemsite help...
Is there any way to turn off the "pop up" view of the threads? It drives me nuts when I am moving my cursor over thread titles and a little window pops up with the thread's contents in it.

Re: Jemsite help...
I guess you'll have to keep your cursor to the extreme left or right and the pop-ups don't show then. They (pop-ups) can be kinda annoying though.

Re: Jemsite help...
with IE the popups are very annoying using vBulletin... with Firefox (who doesn't use this anyways? with all default javascript disabled) they're tamed. there is no user option to disable these, aside from perhaps your browser itself... glen

Re: Jemsite help...
Is Firefox that much better...??? Guess I'm "old school", but I am using IE-7. No problems most of the time. I do have problems with Quicktime media not working some of the time though. I figure that's probably a "setting" problem though. Sometimes pic's won't load either.

Re: Jemsite help...
Firefox is everything IE7 is without it being a Microsoft product which makes it better just on that accord.

Re: Jemsite help...
Do you have any problems with Quicktime media??? I can go to some web sites and any media that loads with Quicktime glitches and won't play. It doesn't happen every time...... but have missed out on viewing some good stuff posted here with links.

Re: Jemsite help...
I've never had any problems with quicktime. You really should try out firefox, it even tranfers all your favorites, quick links, Homepage and everything from IE right over.

Re: Jemsite help...
Have you got the latest plugin? Try going to
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
and seeing if you have the latest version.
