The big deal is that this kind of stuff didn't surface sooner...

From ABC News:

"The musician's long-time girlfriend, Kathy Etchingham, told the New York Times after viewing still photos taken from the footage: "It is not him. His face is too broad and nose and nostrils too wide for Jimi," she was quoted as telling the Times via email.

Charles R Cross, author of the noted Hendrix biography Room Full of Mirrors, has also disputed the identity of the man in the tape.

"It doesn't add up to Jimi," Gross told the Times, saying he had encountered the film during his book research and dismissed it as a fake."

I was shocked when I heard of the Jimi energy drink.
That was a worse idea than Kiss Coffins and condoms.

The guitar companies are just as bad, like Fender with the inverted lefty-righty Olympic white Woodstock strat or the Dean Markley strings.
Ummmm, I love Jimi and his music, but he's been dead for 38 years. Can we stop milking his corpse and maybe come up with more creative products and marketing ideas. Honestly, all the cashing in is a bit disgusting! The sex tape is no different.
