Lost Season 4 thread !!!

Gday !!

Just watched season-04 ep1 and it was, .......well, confusing to say the least, but I friggin loved it.

Man i just want to get some answers without having more questions.

If charlie did really appear to hurly and to that other inmate in the mental institution, does that mean whomever is in charge of dharma or the island or some sort of secret government experiment, can project images of anything to appear anywhere on earth and in this case they sent hurly a message in the form of charlie.... ohhh creepy !!!

Man im a sucker for these types of shows.

any other thoughts about lost ??

I just watch the show now. I gave up trying to guess what is going on a few seasons ago.

Every season we get sucked in to Lost, and every off season we're weaned off of it...It's like trying to kick. I didn't even care that much that it was coming up...until it came on. Watched the 2 pre shows, and I'm ready to go sell my guitar for a $20.00 bag of Lost...

I'm pissed the musician (Charlie) died (He kicked heroin for that?)

Was Mikael killed in the hand grenade blast?

Locke seems spot on doesn't he?

Jack is losing his vision/way a littel...

Who was in the coffin? (Sawyer is my guess, Lock is second)

Who are the other 3 Oceanic 6? (So far Jack-Kate-Hurley)
Sawyer-Sayid-Locke?

So awesome, so many questions, so much for not being a Lost junkie anymore...

I don't know about Sawyer being in the coffin. They made a point of showing that it was in a black neighborhood, black kids playing basketball, black people standing on street corners, then the black funeral director. That HAS to mean something, otherwise why show it?

I think it's Michael or his son from way back in season 1

. I think he brought the bad people to the island and that's why Kate said "why would I go there" when Jack asked about why she wasn't at the funeral.

I was thinking Kate and Sawyer wind up not together because he's such a hard ass full of issues...Doing what he always does, "surviving". If that happened she would be pretty much angry at him. Jack was neither family nor friend because they were opponents. As for the neighborhood, Sawyer would seem to live in an impoverished town (outlaw-conman-not a lot of cash)

I think Kate ends up with Ben (which is why he would be upset at her going)

I think Michael and Walt are dead ( which is why Walt can look like a senior in high school ghost)

Juliette is following Bens' orders...everything is a need to know basis with him. But now he looks like the right guy about warning them of the new comers I think he'll be tapping Kate soon...Which would drive Jack and Sawyer nutty

Just trying to come up with as many screwy scenarios as possible...

I said I wasn't going to watch it, but it got me again. Do you think they have any idea where the whole thing is going, or they just making it up as it goes. Sometimes I watch it and just shake my head. It kinda remindes me of Gilligan's Island. How many new people showed up on that friggin island over the years and they could never seem to get rescued. can't wait till next week.

Myself, I got into the series a bit in the first couple years, but after that I seem to have "LOST" interest

I don't like Lost.

I liked 'The outer limits' a lot. It's a great series, imo. Every episode stood on it's own, and you knew it was going to be worth watching. Very consistant quality. If you like mystery/science-fiction series, be sure to check that out, if you haven't already.

Lost, on the other hand, I feel is just too long. I don't think they can succeed in keeping people interested over a long amount of time. It must loose power at a certain point. At least, that's what I think.

I actually read that the writers have everything mapped out (if not full scripts written) through the end of the show. I'll see if I can find the link, I read it a few months back.

Fun show, I really like this weird "more questions than answers" sci fi stuff. Was a big xfiles fan too.

So with Lost it's just what I'm seeing on TV.

and yeah I did see the Hurley thing. But he could be sorry for maybe abandoning Jack where things got worse. There's a lot of issues going on

I was hoping since last season that Charlie made it out somehow. Maybe not though...

umm no hurly specifically said that he was sorry for choosing to go with locke over Jack. Pay attention dude, Lost is all about the little details..
