i saw jaws in theatres as a kid (in westfield, nj when they still had the mezzanine) and REALLY it was SCARY in that alot of people were afraid to go in the ocean. mind-boggling. if you're in middle-america not near a beach the impact is lessened though. around here there's lots of oceanfront & beaches nearby

two classics either way.... glen

I pritty much grew up on Cape Cod. I actually visted the beaches on Marthas Vinyard that were in the film.
