My new ride! Pictures included!

Dear Jemsite!

Earlier this month or late last month, i sold my beloved Jem 7PBK to a fellow memver to help cover some expenses on my new car. As i promised, i wanted to get some pictures of her up, but i am glad i waited a bit til the sun came out and i could put my summer wheels on her. She has a bit of rust, but i am getting her fixed up next week. A good 10 hours of work on her guaranteed, but i want it too look nice, other than that she`s clean as a whistle. Bought it off my mom who fell in love with the Ford Edge and wanted to get rid of this car. She bought it in autumn last year from an old man who was no longer driving it. He was 95.

Behold my Lincoln Town Car 1997

As of now, she is sitting on a set of 20" Inch Chrome rims from Empire, along with low profile tires. In the trunk i have 2 amps, a 200+ farad battery and (for now) two 10 inch subwoofers only doing 750 watts RMS. My subwoofer is being shipped from Miami, so it will take a while. The under car ground effects neon Kit is going to be installed this week end along with interior mood neons. After she comes out of the shop for body repair, the new 15 inch 1250 watt RMS sub will drop in along with a custom enclosure and the car should then be complete for the summer car shows.

anyone else drive a lincoln?

I had an 89 LTC, Mrs Cid has a 98 Grand Marquis. I keep trying to get her to get something newer and more economical, but it's an uphill battle

Make sure you keep a lot of air in those tires. I guy I worked with in Montreal bent 3 of his 20" rims because he only kept his tires @ 35psi in his Caddy DTS.

Damn, it's mid-April and there's still a ton of snow around?! And we're complaining over here because we had a light snow shower that lasted 5 minutes last week!

Yup, lots of good times in there

No it doesn`t run on cute furry animals. It gets better consumption than my last two cars. I do a lot of high way, and this car barely sips its gas on the highway. The V8 does it`s 100 km/h as easy as i can breathe.

Anyways, i like it and i don`t care how much our ice caps are melting, you won`t see me driving an effing Toyota prius. If you like your small cars, good for you :P
