hi.id just thought id let you folks know someone is emailing a virus which has no cure,once you open the email thats it your pc will have to be binned.if you get a email INVITATION do not open it dellete it and reboot your pc.im no pc expert im just passing on information that i was given.remember INVITATION dellete at all costs.rob

Thanks for the warning, but as I suspected, this just appears to be another of those hoax e-mails people forward to each other.

No problem, I'm no expert either, but I see a lot of those e-mails floating around.

I'm sure this point has been made numerous times, but whenever you get info like that search for it on some of the relevant anti-virus sites (mcafee, f-secure, etc) or computer news sites.

I haven't seen one in a little while, but sometimes these hoax e-mails are more dangerous than actual viruses. IE - there have been many that tell you "abcde.exe" is a virus and you should search for it on your computer and delete it. Only to find out, abcde.exe is a crucial operating system file and deleting it will make your computer broke.
