Nike Plus

Hey,I maybe asking the wrong crowd here but does anyone use the nike plus system?Does it work ok?Cheers

I run, and Nikes are my favorite, but I haven't used the plus system, sorry.

most people who are serious runners would never run in Nike..

there more fashion then function..

What is it? I run, I love Nikes. Nike is a good brand of running shoes, I don't care what anyone says!!!

It's that apple ipod insert you place in your shoe and add to your ipod which gives you times and distance info,Ive read some positive and negative reviews as to its accuracy

hi there,

it works quite well and if you apply the sending device with tape or a small pocket to the laces you could use every shoe [of course nike works as well] you like.
the + system is a good way to go out when you come home from work really late and you don't wanna go at all - its motivating a lot.

Thanks for the info,Im taking the plunge.Just ordered the ipod and sport kit and Ive found a lace thing to hold on the sending device,so we'll see how it goes
