I think its more about the country, population of that country and how many medals of all colors they got.

You do your best, and you get what you get. As long as you try your best and the judging is fair, I don't think it matters.

If only , but after the 20 beer skull (my proposed new event) they all look like Elle.

I'm hoping they let me compete in that event next Olympics. It's the best, even if you come last you still win.
