It is a very intersting question! And that's why I wanted to get a TON of opinions!

I agree. but not quite as small. If it's a little bit larger, it adds emphasis to the leafy logo, without overpowering it.

I think the lower case lettering makes it look less threatening and so less likely to use "nasty chemicals", thus greener.

they are all nice but 2 and 4 are the best. i voted for 4 but it was tough.

I voted, but I might have been biased by reading the thread first. I think that people might be more inclined to vote for the ones that they knew in advance were more popular.

Thanks again to everyone who voted!

#2 came out on top - however - once it came to the design of things - Ijust didn't like it as much. It was my favorite all along, with #4 being my sceond favorite. Well, #4 ended up being the favorite - and below is what we have done with it! Al ldesigned by my wife - coded by me.

Wow, I love the design of that site! As a HTML/CSS programmer I can say not only is the code really clean but also the website is very well designed. Excellent!

Thanks for that! I am self taught on coding! So that truly is a compliment! As for the design - that goes to my wife the graphic designer...

Code might be clean, and the design is very nice too...doesn't mean the code is right though. If you are serious about learning HTML/CSS, I recommend this link: http://www.opera.com/company/education/curriculum/

Sorry if I'm coming across the wrong way. It's just my Web Evangelist side taking over, hehe.

If it were a career - I might consider it. Since it's just as needed / hobby - I can think of a milion other things to spend my time. Good refrence though - I will keep it in my favorites.

Everything is done in Photoshop & Dreamweaver - so it is cheating a bit. Just a few things I have to code myself...for the most part, those 2 programs do it all for me.
