Call me whatever you want, but I am mostly a casual Pats fan. I liked them in recent years but I'm mostly a Moss and Seau fan (I loved Seau as a kid and Mossed impressed the heck outta me in Minny).

Packers will probably be a 3rd place team in their division next year. Favre should probably retire in the interest of the future of the franchise.

PS - way too much effort going into this thread. Glen and have talked football at great length over the years and he knows my alliances. No need to further defend myself against foolish remarks.

too much effort (and hate) for sure. maybe 16 years of pent up frustation (watching division rivals win 4 superbowls and play in another since 1990) is being let out by certain fans of NJ's better football team of the moment

But truth be told it's simply pathetic that quite often you can't have football conversations here but whatever, lesson learned... glen

^^^^ Hey, it could be worse! As a Buc's fan I can relate to that kind of frustration. Heck, the NY defense ended the season for us.

Plus I remember that 0-26 start the franchise had and fourteen consecutive losing seasons! Not to mention having to wear those orange and white shirts and jerseys.

And who can forget their Cinderella Super Bowl win over Oakland!

But look at the "(S)aints" fans..... at least I've never felt the need to wear a bag over my head! Now that's frustration!
