Paypal issues

Is anyone having issues paying for invoices or ebay items via paypal?

I've had this since Sunday... I get this error:

We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.


I always choose the option where I don't need to sign in to paypal because I refuse to make a account with them after how they treated me before.

I need to pay for three items before the sellers open an unpaid item case, if anyone else can please see if this is happening to you as well, its getting very annoying.

I didnt know you could use paypal at all if you don't have an account. That may be what the problem is.

If you pay ebay listings through paypal or receive an invoice there is an option to pay with just your card info.

No problems with any recent transactions for me.
