Like everyone said call the police.It's not the dogs generally though but the the **** wit owners.

The owners are responsible for their dogs, and even if it got out.

Yeah, I've known some sweet pitbulls. But I would call the cops.

pit bulls are just unstable dogs, I have no idea why anyone likes them or thinks they are good dogs. If someone wants a nice caring dog just get a Boxer, only thing you have to worry about is dragging them in the house when they don't want to come in

Pitbulls should be sterilised, left to die out, and never bred again. People buy them to look 'hard'. The dogs were specifically bred for fighting, with temperament and build. I don't understand why they're legal. They're very dangerous animals.

Yes, I totally agree, There is one on the end of our street, It's a mean little thing with scars all it's face, I am really fearful everytime me and my son leave the house and sometimes the owner let's the dog roam around the street so no one will mess with his Audi RS6! There is young children playing round my street all the time, something awful is going to happen soon. A young toddler was mauled by a Pitbull last year, and another 4 year old child nearly killed earlier this year in my town. I think they definitely should not be bred anymore, because they are viscious, savage animals.

call the police asap. my own siberian husky was brutally attacked in my own fenced in back yard by 2 pitbulls. they tore a hole in my fence to get to my dog. the owner is a scumbag dog and wife abuser. Had to take it to court and after a year waiting got my money back from vet bills.

my dog took 40+ puncture wounds. Get the cops involved asap man. trust me on it. if the owners of your pitbull attack arent restraining their dog properly, they can be brought up on charges.

also, all pitbulls arent vicious. the owners are to blame...A few of my friends have pitbulls and they are the most laid back dogs i know.

Yeh, Jim, get the Authorities involved and hopefully get the issue resolved that way, the dog should definitely be put down for what has happened, Imagine if there was a little child around at the time.

Funny (or stupidly enough) THEY called the cops on ME...

I just got done with it all. To shorten a bunch of BS, she ended up crying and the police asked me to file a complaint so that the (dog owners) get a $ 700 ticket!

What a dork!!! Her dog attacked me and because it's limping, I'm supposed to the the bad guy??

Call me stupid but I didn't file a complaint. I asked her if she was okay with the situation and she's like.....NO! SHE is all pissed AT ME! I'm not the one that called the the cops and because it didn't go her way...WAHHH!!!!! Is there anybody out there with a brain anymore??

I really don't need bad vibes with neighbors! Now I'm gonna have to guard my truck!

He asked me again at the car after we left their house and looked at my arm and stomach to file a complaint. I didn't file it! The neighbors are out there right now securing the gates and fence.

Now that I'm cooled down, F it. Sh*t happened, and it was just one of those things.

They are under watch now big time, so if the dog gets out again, it's gone.

jeeze....

I just looked over the back over the fence and the dog saw me.

He limped the other way

now I feel bad!

I think it was just freaked because I grabbed it because it was chasing my cat.

Oh well, if it gets out again, it's a goner. I think myself AND the dog learned a lesson today

Now I just hope my vehicle doesn't have to pay for it!

It was soo nice until these people moved in

I hear ya Jim, and I know you're just trying to be a good guy but you have to consider if this dog attacks someone again in the future. If God forbid it attacks a child, and the police find out that the dog has attacked before it won't be good. If there is a complaint on file, at least any future victims will have something to stand on.
