Curious to know what sort of car you guys drove when you first got your licence!!
Heres my very 1st car .... An 1972 Holden HQ GTS coupe with a boat ancor 253ci V8

I drove a 1969 Chevrolet Townsman station wagon similar to this one. Dad's "gift" to me when he bought a Nova!

327 V8 with a PowerGlide automatic.

Here's what you do, drive through any trailer park in your nearest rural area, and you will probably find a car that looks similar to my first car.
I think this thread is more appropriate for the older guys that got muscle cars as their first cars...

That is such a behemoth man.....i see great potential in an old car like that!!! Air bag suspension, big rims, EFI V8...... its got awesome sheet metal!! What a cruiser...

I did drive a friends one once though, lovely little car Always had a soft spot for Mk I and Mk II Escorts Never liked the Mk III onwards.
