Rich's Tech section.

I found this quote kinda funny:
" Typically a glued joint is stronger than the surrounding wood and I would bet money there's enough glue in this joint that if it ever happened again it would crack in a different spot. How much money would I bet? How much ya got, if it's enough I'll break it again to find out ;o}"

Notice how he said he'll break the neck "again" to win the joke bet.
Did Rich actually break a Jem neck for the reason to show how to fix a broken neck. Or was the neck breaking an accident?

I would think it was already broken. Would Rich break a JEM neck? My guess: never.

I heard he did it intentionally..... just to win a bet proving it could be repaired!

I don't even remember where that neck came from I'd had it so long. But considerring a repaired neck is worth half of what it would be without the break, there's no way I'd loose money just to write a page. I wrote the page because I sold it and then had to repair it

Sorta. only a "properly" glued and clamped joint would be.
