Fudge them guys. A-Rod, Jeter are choking again. Petite pitched a hell of a game though, much respect for an old man.

Re: Rockies!
Its not the Cubs per se that I hate, it's their fans. The Cubs have the winningest record in their division, but I've seen little league teams that would place third in that division, and fans think the Cubs are the best team despite only being an 85 win team. Then the whole Steve Bartman incident just sealed the deal. The butt hole Cubs were one out away fromteh world series, the guy catches a foul balls, the Cubs crack and let 8 runs score AND lose the next 2 games and the fans blame Bartman and a curse instead of the players for acting like a bunch of damn amatures. I hope they go atleast another 100 years without a World Series Championship

Well,I think we're gonna find out!! I was so glad to see that fat load Joba
implode in the "gnat game"!! But remember the regular season Tribe fan.
You guys got a good team....no denying that, but Beckett's got himself
ratcheted up for the playoffs.....no one's gonna get to him. As for the
tribe staff,Sabathia hasn't had a tremendous amount of success against
the Sox. Carmona's pitching real well, granted but Westbrook doesn't scare
anybody here. The one sleeper on your staff is Paul Byrd.....he's a guy
that has pitched well against the Sox in the past. The thing is though.....
the bullpens, that's not even debatable......the Redsox pen was the best
there was all season long. And remember, when the Sox were struggling
at the end, they had Manny,Youkilis,Crisp,Wakefield, and Okajima missing.
That's not the case now....everyone's healthy and rested here.
BTW,my condolences in advance for what's gonna happen to the Browns
when they show up in Foxborough tomorrow.

Woo Hooo!! Great defensive game tonight. (P-7) Our young "home grown" pitchers are really doing well. The higher altitude makes a bigger inpact on pitching than one might think. They finally got smart and realized that bringing in the top name big money guy to pitch here does not work!! They end up totally SUCKING every time! Ya gotta grow um up right here and that is what they have done and it's really paying off!!!
The lights / power went out at the game tonight
We were like (best get a beer before they get warm
)
The thing with the Rockies is that they are such a close knit unit. They're all friends and most of them hang together even outside of practice + they are focused and all have a goal. The morale of the team is like nothing I've ever seen on a pro sports team. (IMHO) IF your team has low morale, and decension in the ranks, they arent going to go very far 99% of the time. Obviously talent comes into play to as well. The Rocks have the magical mixture of both this year.
Woo hooo!!!
I just hope the 5 days off doen't mess with their rhytym because they've been at the grind constantly for the last two months without much break at all. I think they'll be okay. They just have that vibe and it's fun to be around
BRING ON THOSE ~RATTLERS~

Re: Rockies!
Boston's line up doesn't scare anyone in CLeveland. In spite of what you think, Cleveland has the best bullpen in the league. Boston fans think that you're getting a free ride to the World Series via the Indians this year (that's laughable). Like I said, once we dismantle the Yankees you're next. I'll take CC vs Josh any day. As far as the Browns go, people here aren't expecting a win but a good performance. Our offense is finally putting some good numbers up on the board since the squealers rapped us in the first week. Sadly, it has taken much longer to right the ship since we have come back into the league. Have fun watching Josh Cribbs rip the Patriots special teams players a new a-hole today. The winds of change are coming for all Cleveland sports, so you better get used to it!!!!!!
Cavs, Indians, and soon to be the Browns will all take upper spots in the "big three" Oh, and don't forget that the Buckeyes will be playing for a National title this year if all goes as planned.

Lotta points to address here.....first off,if anybody here in Boston thinks
the Sox are getting a free ride to the series because we get the Indians,
they don't know baseball. Like I said Cleveland's got a good team, but IMO
they don't match up well against the Sox. Sabathia over Beckett? Beckett's
the Cy Young winner this year and he's been to the big show before......
he's not gonna fold. Your one advantage in the starting rotation is at the
#2 spot,Carmona vs Matsusaka. Although in any given start Daisuke can
completely shut anyone down. At #3 we have Westbrook vs Schilling,I dont
care how old Schilling is,I'll take that matchup in the playoffs any day of the
week. The Bullpen? any team with Joe Borowski as their closer has got a
problem. Papelbon vs Borowski.........that WILL come into play. Also,if the
Sox lineup doesn't scare anyone in Cleveland, all I can say is good, let em
keep thinking that.........I hope the Indians themselves have the same
attitude.....it'll be too easy for the Sox if they do. Now onto the Pats and
Browns,it's early in the 3rd quarter as I write this. The Pats are up 20-0
without breaking a sweat. Cribbs just elected to let a punt (the Pat's 1st
of the day) go into the end zone........just after getting his clock cleaned
by Pierre Woods on the return before. As far as I can tell, the Pats haven't
sprouted any new A-holes yet. In closing, yeah you're teams are showing
alot of improvement, but until you guy's actually beat someone of note,
you're not there yet. And the Yank's dont really qualify as a team of note
as they're a flawed team that foolishly relies solely on offense and the
mistaken assumption that they still have the type of mystique that can
translate into any kind of tangible difference on the field.

Re: Rockies!
You need to read MSN.com and see the posts from guys from Boston then. Almost every one of the comments are how easy they will win the ALCS against the Indians. The Angles haven't played very well the past two to three weeks, so you did get an easier series IMO. I think that the Indians have been battle tested to this point, and will learn a valuable lesson from the experience. I would rather go into the Championship game with a team like that, then to cakewalk into the series. I hate to point out a fact here, but borowski did lead the league in saves this year, not a Boston closer. He pitches better in tight situations but does give up some runs in the process. The Indians setup guys are looking extremely good, so it will be interesting. Both of the Perez boys have been pretty much unhittable this post season, and the Indians have more come from behind wins than any other team this year. It seems like they have the "it" factor that will transpire into going all the way, not the Redsox. NY has a better lineup than Boston IMO, and they have been taken care of so far.
