That's what $110 a barrel oil does to oil tycoons' brains. Frankly, I think Abramovich will be living in London permanently in less than 5 years, just like Berezovsky. He will also be afraid to drink his tea or eat out with anyone outside his immediate family. Thing is, the guy stole way too much money and new people in Kremlin might want their share. And when they want their share, they just take it all and divide between themselves.
