Yes, this is scary. When the Louis Vuitton flagship store opened in NYC, they had a very exclusive opening party- my wife and I were on the guest list....

Subtle, and I dig the font on the face.

If it wasn't for the fact that it probably costs more than your average car I might be intrigued.

I went to Bloomingdales on Sunday with my girlfriend. We walked into Burberry and Louis Vuitton. Two HUGE mistakes on my part. My girl friends a good girl though. I don't mind. When she's happy, I'm happy (In more ways then one)

Okay now I dive watch I can understand. hehehehehehe I've you're Scuba diving and have to meet back at the boat in a half an hour or else they leave your sorry ass behind and you have to swim to the Bahamas, then YES most emphatically you should have a dive watch. hehe

The party was cool...went to the store opening and the were whisked away to the "secret location" to the party by limos arranged by LV.

...not me...meaning I'm not a slave to fashion.

Now see that's a sensible purchase! Yeah, you have to at least get her a leather Harley jacket or vest at least. I can see that.

Not that you could really look any way (since you were with your wife), but I'm sure the girls at that party were UNBELIEVABLE.

Yes, but I bought mine used on the bay for $1650 . Still a high price to pay, but better than the $3800 retail.

The garage floor..... The flooring guys couldn't believe it when they were installing it. It gets maintained once a year and you'd be surprised how well it's held up. Only the wife's car, the scooters and the midget when it's here actually go in the garage. My truck sits out in the weather!

I started a scooter thread and few came..... mostly sport bike riders, but that's cool I can appreciate them too.

Re: So, how many watch geeks are here?

I notice that when I'm with my girl friend in these boutique stores, the girls in there are of a higher grade then average girl you'll see in your local coffee shop. I would imagine that in such an exclusive party, the women were 'top shelf", for lack of a better term.

P.S. My girl friend is very attractive. Much too attractive for me.
