Yeah I agree. Diffusing the situation correctly will resolve most conflicts.
So, went to sleep around 2:10am, then woke up at 4am for my first Krav Maga class at 5:30am. It was great! I walked in feeling like I was going to blow through it, and felt pretty jacked and pumped. Then I started....Bryan needs to up his cardio skills haha I kept up fine, but geez it was difficult! I sweated more during the hour of training than an hour of lifting. But, I have already learned some basic techniques. It was a free trial class, so my bro (also 20, were 11 months apart) trained with me. I think this was the right choice as far as learning some sort of fighting style.
