When you want to spend time with your wife, but she wants to watch Laguna Beach, and I refuse to be part of that noise. I told her she;s old enough to know better, but she doesnt see, to care.

Do what I do.

Make a drinking game out of it.

Everytime a hot blonde girl is on the screen. Take a shot.

When a commercial is on, change it to Cops. After a few shots, you guys will end up leaving it on Cops.

Trust me, no matter what the girl wants to watch, I can always end up with some Cops.

She likes Forensic Files, but doesn't realize there's like 4 episodes of Cops before it gets to that.

I guess you're not married that long. Give it some time and you'll be just as happy to have some extra no-stress quality time with your guitar, music, book, etc... or hmmmm.... JemSite. I guess you've already got the Jemsite thing covered(total posts). Don't stress it.

You need to not marry 16 year olds...
I'm assuming once she gets through this tough pubescent time, she'll begin to lean toward more sophisticated programming, but You'll probably have to wait until she finishes college.

Make comments about every female on that show like "she's hot, she's smoking, man I'd like to......", you get the idea. Before long, she'll either hate that show or you (or maybe both).

but if I marry them too much older than 16, I'll just have to dump them for a new model sooner than expected.
