I'm not defending FedEx or any carrier, nor am I suggesting anything "shady" by the guy who sent this guitar, but people need to look at these claims from their side to understand their reasoning. Just think, someone could go buy a junked JS that's all busted up and pay $100 for it. Arrange to ship it anywhere, pay insurance, and wait for it to get delivered and file a claim. They cross their fingers and hope to "win" a brand new guitar ! You think this doesn't happen.
As soon as I saw the pictures, I said to myself, "the cardboard box doesn't seem to show any damage. FedEx will deny this claim."
