software for building a website

hi guys
can anyone point me in the direction of a good piece of website building software. i want to build a site with an online store and id prefer to use a program that could do let me do all this in one package, any suggestions/recommendations?

Microsoft Publisher should do the trick.

Free html editor...

but publisher would be easier if you dont know how to use HTML
