Steve Vai the beekeeper!

Seasons Greetings to you all!

I was reading total guitar today and was so surprised to read that when Steve Vai is not shredding, hes a beekeeper.

I went home and google'd it and look what i found:

Re: Steve Vai the beekeeper!

Merry Xmas to you too.
Most of the people on here know Steve keeps bees as he's been doing it for many years. In fact there was some Fire Garden honey at Jemfest UK back in 2003.

...yeah, I know I'm actually eating the bread around the honey but the honey was hard and the bread was soft so it was not easy to spread.

Re: Steve Vai the beekeeper!

To be fair I'm not sure Steve is still keeping bees, it was a thing back in the late 90's but I've hot heard anything about Steve keeping bees since 2002-2003.
Mikey, or anyone in the know, is Steve still keeping bees?

Ryan, you can always ask on the vai.com forum, I'm sure Mikey will answer you straight away.
