StubHub.com - Any experiences?

So I went onto StubHub.com and bought tickets for the March 1st game with the San Antonio Spurs at the Milwaukee Bucks. Spent pretty decent money and got pretty decent seats. I had heard good reviews about the site, the transaction was fairly easy and within 24 hours I got confirmation that FedEx 2day air label was generated and my tickets would ship very soon.

It's been exactly 8 days and my tickets still have not shipped.

I've contacted the site, they contacted the seller, seller says they put them in a FedEx drop box yesterday. Nope.

So I'm obviously demanding that my tickets either ship or I get a refund immediately. The site has a money back deal, which is fine, but it's almost the week of the event. So a refund at this point might still make it difficult to get new tickets in time.

Anyone else have experiences with stubhub.com? Just curious if it happens to be my first time ends up a flop or if there are a lot of trouble-makers that sell there.

We gave Galaxy Tickets @ Chicago last year with the hub, they were pricey, but we got our stuff on time. I honestly loathe ticket "vendors", scum of the earth, sorry to any ticket vendors, but when you buy up all the tix for an event and jack the price up like they do, it makes it very difficult to see an event affordably.
