Re: The "What did you get for Christmas" thread!

Funny you'd say that about the SE tuners. I've had a few high end PRS's and Ibanez's, I think the tuners on my Tremonty SE are the smoothest tuners I've ever used. Also, I knew the AR guy at PRS and I ordered a custum artist PRS, and had an SC. My Tremonty SE plays ans sounds better than both of them did. I'm a big fan of the SE line. However, I do have a bridge for a SC that I'm putting on my SE.

It just seems like I'm tuning up every 15 minutes. Some locking sperzels and this'll be a far better guitar than I thought it'd be

LOL. What is funny is that I can sit and play the regular guitar with the music, but when I try playing that damn game, I can't get past the 5 note.

My family thinks its hilarious.

Every time I go round to my mates house he loves to get Guitar Hero 2 out (especialy if there's a few of us) They can't get enough of how terrible I am at that game. All I seem to do is make those clunking sounds

It's crazy isn't it? You'd think we'd have the advantage! There again, we've got more pressure on us to perform

I had to file the nut down on mine for 10s. I'm thinking about getting a new nut altogether, as well as locking tuners. Not because the stock ones are bad, but because locking tuners make things so much easier.

That's what I thought, maybe a graphite nut. Not a clue what tuners to get that'll fit this without having to drill new holes though

Re: The "What did you get for Christmas" thread!

I bought a Wii with the Sport Package and extra controller for the enitire family to use.

I received a few pair of jeans and shirts for work, a Gerber Compact Sport 400, slippers and a Beatles Yellow Submarine calendar for 2008.

As far as guitar related items, I'm waiting for my Peavey Windsor Studio combo to ship, probably in 2 weeks.

I'm pretty good at it. I don't use a pick, although I know a lot of people who do.
