TV Online?

Does anyone remember that thread about watching TV on your computer for free? Someone posted a link on this site for it. I remember having it, it was a green icon I had on my desktop, you click on it, and a window pops up and you can pick channels to watch. Since my hard-drive went I can't get it back. I searched this site and Google and no luck. Anyone remember the thread or the link to that website?

I would really appreciate it if someone can help!
