Hi guys
So it took me a while but I went on a quest
and found an old vintage marshall checkered cab,
speakers and cab dating back to 1973.
I was a tad picky and checked out a few but ultimately wanted one that looked like it was made
yesterday. Well I found one in gret shape except
for a few nicks on the bottom, back of the cabinet.
It has the original greenback celestions and I bought it from ther original owner.
The screws were all mint and the guy in his 50's literally was interested because in all of his years
owning it he never opened the cab up, you could tell....
Once I got her home I re-opened the cab and cleaned it up, inch by inch since it had that funky old smell and the speakers had lint like material all over them in the front.
As soon as I put her through the 70's JMP head and my GT6 pedal I was in heaven...
