heres another the great pyramid at Giza has over 2.5 million stones allegedly?
the pyramid is situated on the equator exactly, allegedly.the sides are perfect N S E and West also the pyramids can be overlayed on a star chart and they fit over the constellation Orion and on a certain day Allegedly one of the chambers point directly to the belt of orion as i recall? i think its one of the 3 kings, anyway.
now people say that thats just chance regarding the position it was built, so i have to ask if you built a house and the brick all weighed just 200lb each not tones and hundreds of tunes like the 2 stones that are above the doorway to one of the chambers, would you build the pyramid where you cut the bricks or would you move the bricks, i think it was over a 100 miles and then start making your randomly positioned house?

all im saying is it weird, in not saying boogeymen built them. oh, what the hell, i might as well say i am, cause someones gonna say i am.

i'm gonna sound like a broken record here but i did swirl some and they went fine. i have 8 guitars ready prepped but i'm still waiting for clear, i think were getting there. i may have to try nitro and see what happens? at the mo ive downed tools till the clear is sorted.

i'm not willing to swirl them until i have something to protect the finish with otherwise i'm back sanding and re swirling them cause something got on them or i smudged them....

Yeah, but are we really much better off as a civilization? More processed food, chemicals in the air, depleting planetary resources, hole in the ozone layer, extinct species, and peoples, drugs beyond drugs, quicker, better, easier, ways to kill, more impersonal contact with the world, mad men running our countries, more emphasis on good grades rather than good education, more efficient ways at hurting children mentally, physically, and emotionally, less quality work globally and even less pride in that work. When I was a kid, I used to feel sorry for people who lived 100 years ago, and didn't have television, but I see how far we've come and they had what we don't...which is each other. I mean we all have our families that we love, but not like the way families used to be...

I know that there were problems back then too, but they seemed like simpler, more familial problems, as opposed to global catastrophes

I'm not getting on anyone, or on a soapbox, just letting my thoughts run, and giving you guys my 2 cents (or maybe nonsense)

Don't you feel sorry for people that lived 100 years ago because they didn't have penicilin or other health care, is global warming worse than violent racism and aparthied? is good grades with bad education worse than NO education? I think you're entire argument is spawned by the fact that people today take everything they have for granted and don't know how good they've got it.

Theres nothing that stops me living the life I want and if you can't it's because you are what you seem to hate so much.

That was just a rambling in general, and not a hate filled rant, I apologize to those who viewed it that way...Good grades with bad education is like no education (you misspelled penicillin and apartheid even in an age with spell check, by the way), because it falsely makes the student and parent think they are smarter than they are and instead of preparing them for the real world it only serves to make the educator look like he/she is doing their job. Violent racism or any racism is just a part of the problem, but if we don't save our planet there will be no one for any of us to hate. That being said hate is such a strong word. I would hate to have my testicles torn out of my body with rusted pliers. I would hate to see my children grow up and not be successful in life. There is no one I hate that much...

People have always taken things for granted...Whether that be religion, justice, honesty, education, freedom...the difference is that today we are inundated with so much, and so quickly that we can't possibly process it all normally.

I, like you, live the life I want to live. While living, I make sure my children are educated more than they are just in school. I also don't hate (or rather dislike, hate really is such a hard word) anyone for their shortcomings or inadequacies in life, because that serves to make it easier for my children to succeed when they get into the real world. I wouldn't go as far as to say that you have contradicted youself but if all is good in your life then why are you complaining? The single greatest(or worst depending on you perspective) thing we have now is choice, you choose to bring your kids up right, others don't, as long as I have the choice to live and think how I like then I don't care what other people do.

As far as the environment is concerned, we only have 100 years worth of coal and uranium supplies left, there will HAVE to be a new sustainable power sorce in the near future, if you cared about the earth you should probably want to use what's left quicker.

I'm not jumping on your back, I just don't think you should occupy yourself with frivolous thoughts.

I don't think I contradicted myself at all. We as a species, in my humble and western educated opinion, are destroying not only our planet but the animal known as man. That last part shows how selfish and self centered we really are. You do have the right to choose the way you live, as do we all, and your choice is to not care what others do, though their choices may affect you greatly. In this thought, as long as you do what you do, your neighbor can kill babies and that is fine? I know you are talking in less specific terms, or at least I hope you are. Even so it shows how disassociated we are to each other on this planet. There's technology for you...

hey all, talking of fuel resources, no one has commented on the video of the guy on the news running his car on water? this is one of many people who have done it successfully, i believe he has just done what Brown did, the inventor of browns gas? HHO? anyone care?
lets just build some more nuke stations. also there was a scientist who could add an element to nuclear waste to make the stuff inert and in doing so create enough heat to generate enough electricity to run the process and more, hes dead, i forget his name. he also made a battery that would run for something like 12 years without running out. he was stopped doing it, cause he was doing it on a big scale, another company took his idea and did it very small scale to use in watches and such.

education is only as good as the material being provided, if that material is erroneous then what is the education worth. knowledge is power, if you knowledge is incomplete or specious then?

i tried to spell it as best i could and my grammar is bad ( i spelled grammar wrong, oh thanks spell check, if spell check told me any word was wrong, would i believe it... ) i blame my indoctrination, i mean education.

You don't wait until cancer kills you to get treatment, you try to reverse the effects as quickly as possible, don't you? I do care about the earth, which is why I try to do what I can to reverse the effects man has caused. However little it actually is , my children and I would like to be a part of the solution and not so much a part of the problem. If we don't do something now very soon it will be too late...

As far as my back, I am not offended by you, we're just having a well thought out debate. As far as frivolous thoughts, I think the future of this planet is less frivolous than what color my next Jem is going to be (VSK by the way). If there is a thread for frivolous thoughts however, this is the one. I also know you really have no opinion about what I occupy my time with because you don't care what anyone else does as long as you get to live your life, right? I sincerely hope you live your life wonderfully, and your childrens' children get to as well...

I hardly know my neighbors yet I talk to people in Australia, Germany, Israel and other far away places across the globe daily (mostly thru Jemsite). That is "thought provoking" enough for me

There's a second side to all these proverbial coins. If it weren't for technology then you wouldn't have heard about Columbine or Virginia Tech but if it weren't for technology we wouldn't have automatic firearms, in the past there were plenty of catastrophes but people just didn't hear about them, ignorance is bliss.

I'm much more concerned with more immanent things such as Japanese whaling then global warming.

The reason why you came to Jemsite in the first place was to find people you had something in common with, I think the more people do that the less they can find common ground with others.

I'm from the country and when I go into a big city it's strange how the shear number of people predisposition them to frustrate eachother ie. traffic.
