Re: What is your favorite food?

Too numerous to list.
How about if you were on death row and had your last meal card to fill out.
What would it be?
Mine would be mostly local faves.
Either Palermo's ,Aurelio's, or Linda's Pizza, Marichka's Poorboy, Lonno's Fettucine Alfredo, (Which would take them a LONG time since he closed up shop) a box of Hooters 3 mile island wings or chicken breast sandwich, and either a Guinness or A Samuel Adam's Octoberfest or Scotch Ale. Maybe if I wanted to make them work more I'd ask for a "Ludwig" ale which is the house beer at Nuschwanstien Area "Ludwig Inn" in Germany.
Of course, they'd overnight it from Germany via DHL or Fed Ex or something and I'd be Phuct...

1. Curry, with lots beer (of course!). Ideally a nice shish kebab and chicken tandoori starter served with some mint sauce. Followed by hot chicken chilli balti served with rice and lovely naan bread.
2. Fish & Chips, with beer.
3. Steak & chips, with beer.
4. Italian food, with beer.
5. Chinese, with, er you get the picture

Re: What is your favorite food?

Pasta - Cheese, spinach and mushroom ravioli w/ my favorite homemade bolonaise meat sauce.

Beef - Plain and simple - Top round roast, marinated and grilled on my bbq pit. If I'm in a restaraunt, I'll have the 8-10 oz. filet - done medium.

Pizza - The best ones come from the little mom and pop Italian restaraunts. Medium tall crust on the edge, but thin on the bottom. Load it up with mushrooms, onions and meatsauce. Top with extra mozzerella and romano.

Seafood - Bluepoint oysters on the halfshell - raw or broiled w/ bacon and crab imperial on top. Steamed MD blue crabs w/ lots of Old Bay seasoning, crushed hot red pepper seeds and rocksalt on top. REAL calimari, coated in breadcrumbs, sauted in olive oil w/ garlic and fresh black pepper.

Just typing that made me feel stuffed.
