I threw one of these in the trash 2 months ago. it was my girlfriend's first electric but to be honest it was pretty much unplayable. These are legendary for having terrible necks that end up about as straight as a banana. Also, what the hell are they made from? I swear the body is concrete! LOL. I have never picked up a heavier bolt-neck guitar!

Maybe if you cleared up that huge rubbish mountain you had in your room

Re: What was your first electric guitar?

Kramer Striker. 100ST I think it was. Pointy non-banana headstock. I think it was the cheap Korean version as it had a trem like the old Floyd that only went down. I thought it was cool because it was configured like Ed's 5150 guitar, only black in color. I drew on it in that squigly silver and burgundy two-tone marker to make it look like Satch's Black Dog. The copy-catting has yet to cease, I guess. :P
After a year or so I got tired of it falling out of tune and wanted a floyd that pulled back too. I saved up for the 570 and have stayed with the brand since.

Me, too. $79.00 cherry sunburst LP copy, the carved top was actually hollow underneath (pressed plywood, I imagine), the pickups were single coil in double coil covers, action was stupid high, nice little butterfly inlaid on the headstock. Complete POS.

Epiphone strat copy. Metallic flake blue with a white pickguard. I eventually stripped down the body and painted it like a Jem777, but it turned out like shiznit. I was only 15 at the time. Ah, twenty years ago it all started.

I still have the damn thing, but at the moment, it's in pieces. I plan on doing something to it in the future.

Are those pyramids real? Because in the pic they look like magic marker

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess I should have clicked on the link you provided. Does it play better after all that work, or is it just a conversation piece to hang on the wall?
