Re: What's everyone do for a living?

I work for the Pepsi Bottling Group. I was a sales manager for the last three years and I just recently accepted a position as an operations manager.

Basically I now support the sales team by managing product availability, managing the fleet (trucks) and coordinating maintenance of the facility. 90% of it is not very glamorous, but there's so much to do that the days fly by.

The ops job is awesome because I don't have to drive to Potiac, which was a 110 mile round trip and I don't have to deal with the customers! In February 2008 I get the keys to a brand new facility!

I'm a software release manager for a very large and (most think) evil corporation, and in my spare time I'm a photographer and co-owner of W&B Automotive Photography (http://www.WBcarphotos.com)

Dude, seriously, my wife worked at a porn store about 3 years ago. You wouldn't believe the money made there. It's insane! 50-60.00$ for one DVD, 3-400.00$ for some novelty items and they sold like there's no tomorrow! I would say go for it! It's unfortunate people are forced to work jobs they hate and I hope the best for your back!.

16 years in the US Marine Corps and counting. I currently work at tha US Embassy in Kuwait. I'm in the center and these are my Marines...

We train hard, but when it is time to play it usually goes something like this... By the way, that's me in the center with a navy guy on the left and a civilian (former Marine) on the right...
