What's up with Walmart music downloads?

I downloaded a couple of songs from Walmart music downloads. Only, when I tried to burn them to a CD, my CD player won't recognize them.
Walmart's "help" section says,

We recently made changes to Wal-Mart Music Downloads that make it even safer, more secure and easier to use. These changes involve newer technologies that will work only with Windows 2000 and XP, which are used by the vast majority of our Music Downloads customers.

So I can only listen to them on my computer?!

Looks like it. Hopefully (I know Im dreaming here) this decision will put Walmart out of business.

I've got a different problem with Wally-World Music.
I can burn them to a CD and play them fine....my issue is when I download them and want to e-mail the WMA file to a friend, they can't open the file on the other end. They get a "Wally World Music says you can't do that" type of message.
