whitepages.com records and other sites

So when we last moved, we made a point of having our address not be listed with the phone company. So I look on whitepages.com as we were contacted by somebody who should not have our new address (long story) and saw my listing with the address not available.

Below that listing, is another one with my address and no phone number.

I know that tons of companies sell information and whatnot, but is there any way to track how your information may have gotten on a site such as whitepages.com? I'd really like to know...
