Why are trix' ball shaped??

Hey guys, long time no see. So why not make a random off topic thread.

Why did they make the trix cereal into ball shapes? and they had the nerve to make it permanent!! And they even taste different. Why do this? I loved the fruit shapes and having the cereal taste good.

what do you guys think.

I think we need to start a rule that you need 500 posts before you can start new threads.

Several studies found that they could save .002 cents per box by shaping the cereal in balls and bypassing the flavor machine. Thus increasing profits for the entire company

I hate when they change cereal. They changed Wheaties to get Jordan on the box (he didn't like them) and now they taste like cardboard. And don't get me started on Quisp and Quake! Damn you faceless corporate cereal tinkerers!

If there was a multicolored cereal in perfect little cubes, like little Borg ships or something (except multicolored) I would try it. Borg shaped Apple Jacks would be cool...with sliced bananas........

Jim you left something out. If they were shaped like 7 of 9 then that would be nice.

Re: Why are trix' ball shaped??

When a hooker turns "trix", she's usually somewhere near some balls! I thought because the cereal was something enjoyable that you paid for it was like a getting a hooker, and they just wanted to resolve the whole thing by making the cereal little colored balls...

Like a United Nations Hooker Cereal...

Somehow that whole post turned into an epic fail.

If I've offended any hookers or those afflicted with multi colored ball syndrome...I apologize.
