Win a Steve Vai autographed Ibanez

Not sure where to post this. Got this from my twitter account. Steve's brother Michael asked him to put something in for this fundraiser, so Steve submitted a signed Ibanez guitar to raffle off. Not sure if it's a JEM or not.

I tried twice to enter and michaels paypal account rejected my payment.... and the paypal error I got was that it was a problem with his account. I tried emailing them, and got no reply..
