Wow, how things change!

Incredible, for those Jemsiters who've been around a long time, you'll remember my guitar collections, it's included many Jem's and UV's, a Parker, just a huge number of items. Well, when I moved 3 months ago, I had:

UV7BK x 2
UV77MC
JEM911USA
Leviiathan 7 prototype
Leviathan 6 hardtail
Leviathan 6 NAMM
RG550 x 2
RG520
RG570

Now I have, leviathan 6 NAMM (which I don't play due to a mistake I made with the neck) and one UV7BK.
I've also had to sell off my Eventide.

Scary part is, as much as I wish I still had them all, I don't play any less, in fact, I barely play at all anymore

Bad part is, the shop still isn't finished thanks to a brilliant (sarcasm) engineer who keeps finding ridiculous ways for me to spend money to please him.
As much as I'd like to have my guitars back, I hope that soon I'm to busy to build myself another guitar anyway :P

Just goes to show, really have to make sure of your priorities in life, my new life and new shop are priority number one. Never thought guitars would fall so far down the list for me :P

Re: Wow, how things change!

Who's got the JEM911USA? I remember at one time, it was for sale for $3000. I wanted it so bad. But, I didn't have $3000 to spend.

My inventory changes often, too. I used to have:

RG550 x 2
RG570
RG350DX
JEM555BK
JEM7DBK
UV777BK
Wolfgang x 3
Kramer 1984 reissue
Epiphone Les Paul Custom

Now, I only have my LNG Replica and UV777BK.

Jeremy, it happens. Too keep a healthy guitar fetish going, you need a decent cash flow. It's only a matter of time. When you are raking in the $$$, I'm sure you are going to be the proud owner of some spectacular pieces. Rest easy, it's only temporary.

Possessions come and go, it's wether you are happy with what you are doing that's important. Besides, you can make yourself any guitar you want practically, and make it better, which is something a lot of people envy you for!
