Please don't bash 'TH' online on a forum, or be prepared for angry war-googling pre-teens looking for nasty comments on their favorite band, ready to drink your blood

I couldn't care less about "Germany's latest greatest hit", but reading very negative reviews in the serious press about their latest **** sandwich of an album always puts a smile on my face

Re: WTH is that ?

I think it's a social phenomenon you guys don't understand.

This band is th result of broken famillies. This kids grew up in broken families.
The wierd way they express themselves is the result of what happened. Read Freud and you will totally agree with me. I include in here their crossdresing and everything.

Their fans are children from broken families too. When see TH I realize our society is sick.

I'm not a fan of TH I heard only two songs of them, Monsoon and the one posted in this thread.

No offence intended, hope none taken.

I just tried to understand the others and see the good things as I do with anyone including people with different religions.

I don't agree with that. I come from a broken home as well and I don't wear eyeliner and make crappy music. I know thats an opinion but i'm sticking to it. Jamey Jasta was a product of rape and he damn sure doesn't dress like that. I'm not picking on these kids (ok maybe a little), but this trendy emo crap is getting ridiculous. I'm not much for hatebreeds music either but I was using him as an example for someone to have a screwed up childhood and come out semi normal.

I don't mean the exact way the TH does it. I mean they always try to do something uncommon. They do foolish things and stuff like that. They might find different ways to express that but they all have something in common.

I don't know what you think about rap but I think those huge pants they weare are crappy fashion. Well that's my point. My neoghbour wears them. Someone uses make-ups, someone else uses large pants and gangsta ideology. Someone else might get into a death metal band.

These people need atention. They miss parental love and motherly care. Usually teribilism is a distinct side of their personality.

You see what I mean?

That's just my point. I might be totally wrong. I feel a bit sorry for these kids. All I have for them is compassion. People should think twice before deciding to have a baby.

My friend you are high as hell !
It's all about money, about a producer telling them what to wear and how to ACT at the stage.
Their music is a bunch of glued hair metal bands so it's not about expressing themselves,it's all about making money with no personality or creativity.
Alice Cooper started all that make up thing but he had personality and creativity.
This one is just a marketing product.

Re: WTH is that ?

6fingers is right. It's all an image when it comes to the emo bands. A lot of them dress the way the do because there friends do it and they think its cool. Then it's only domino effect from there. And it could go vise versa like his analogy using Wasp and many other 80's groups. I just think it's bad to say they dress the way they do because there music is semi depressing due to a broken home. It's just not original anymore.

Anyway when you do that kind of thing all I can say is "poor kids". To me it doesn't matter if you do it for money or by a script.

For example I say the same thing about 50 Cent. I don't envy people like TH or 50Cent to me they are the same. Both of them sick and stupid.
