Interesting factoid for UK peeps: The bird on the left at 2:28 is Claire King of Emmerdale fame.

The difference is Zodiac Mindwarp are a parody band.
Poison did it all for real.

Re: Zodiac Mindwarp Ibanez users

Thats right Ollie !! Zodiac AKA Mark Manning is my best mate . We hung around since we were kids .
That whole vid and song was done in the eighties when they were first signed up to get them into the charts , and it worked . They are still together with a new bass player and drummer ( Jack Sh*t and the Apocalypse ) .

They aint no parody band . They recently did a gig for the Scandanavian Hells Angels and have played for em before . Life on the road with this band is not fot the faint hearted .

Z is also a writer and has written alot of stuff about all the sh*t they get up to . Alice Cooper loves this band and has turned up in the dressing room a couple of times .

Re: Zodiac Mindwarp Ibanez users

Perhaps not a parody, but their tongues were firmly in their cheeks! I always loved the band names. Has any lead player had a better name than "Flash Bastard"?

Re: Zodiac Mindwarp Ibanez users

I was going to say - with lyrics like that and band members "names" as ridiculous as theirs I refuse to accept that someone smart enough to run a band is doing all that for real.

No way are these guys for real.
No way.

Re: Zodiac Mindwarp Ibanez users

Zodiac were anything but ***; please, they were way ahead of their time. Anyone know what Mr. Thrash D. Garbage is up to these days? I met him back in the 80's (I know I'm dating myself here) and would like to contact him...any ideas? Most of the other guys from the band are on MySpace; so, if anyone knows him, please tell him to get with the rest of the world and get on MySpace. Sadly, time has not been kind to some of the original members of Zodiac...I guess all the drugs and sex took a toll.

Re: Zodiac Mindwarp Ibanez users

Please, Zodiac were anything but g*y; they were ahead of their time. BTW, anyone know what Mr. Thrash D. Gabage is up to these days? I met him back in the 80's (I know I'm dating myself a bit here). All of the other former (and some current) members are on MySpace; so, if someone would please ask Mr. Garbage to get on MySpace like the rest of the universe, he'll have a friend request waiting from me.
