Capos, capos, capos

So hi there!
Although I know most of you aren't using capos, I like them becouse they lower the action, if you do not use lower notes.
However I have one, but I'm thinking of getting a better one.
The requirements are:
1. I can band
2. I can remove it with one hand.
I ask here because I'm using a JEM.
I've been looking the Spider (awesome, anyone used that?, you can use it on strings you pick), g7.

I have a spider capo it's definitely not a simple on and off kind of device and I was a little worried that it would damage my neck when I first tried it.
