I like maybe 0.1% of them, the rest are like a kid on acid from the 60's threw up on a guitar.

Not enough options so I didn't vote.

I like swirls but wouldn't say I'd prefer them over ANY finish

I voted in the yes box, but as most have said it's more a "prefer a really good swirl over most other finishes".

I was just checking out Herc Fede's swirl page. There are some AWESOME ones there. Especially the ones with purple, white and black. Those are awesome. It would be nice to have a guitar with a swirl like that.

As with most things in life, "...the wilder, the better." I love swirls.

I don't think ALL guitars should be swirls. But there's no reason for them to be just average.

Darren Johansen is the man behind the great Ibanez swirls, like UVMC (except the MKR swirls from Japan), GMC, PMC and the DNA's.

His company was named About Time Designs (ATD).

I checked it out, and it seems you can still ask him to do a swirl. That's pretty cool. Courtney2018 also makes a really cool swirl, just like Herc Fede..

Interesting.. You know, I just might get a cool swirl one day. Maybe have some interesting electronics installed on the guitar as well, like a kill switch.. It might be cool.
