Favorite/best feeling fretboard radius

Title says it all. What do you guys most prefer to play on? 10" 12" 16" compound? Any radius you prefer I'd like to know since I'm getting into building (as much I can with a full time job anyway). I haven't had the chance to play on a compound radius fretboard but it seems like a good idea to me.

I like the 10-16" compound, but as usual, opinions vary.

Ah I phrased it kind of confusing, I meant any radius, compound or not, but if that's still your choice I can see why. Anybody else I meant normal radiuses (sp?) and compound radiuses just to be clear.

Yeah, that's still my choice, and I didn't think your phrasing was confusing. Second is the 12-15" compound on one of my Carvin necks, and then the 16" straight radius that Ibanez commonly uses. I like a 12" straight radius OK, but less than that is too round for me, and more than 16" is getting too flat.

warmoth just finished my paduak neck that will be going on my paduak guitar and i ordered a 10"-16" compound radius. i hope that i like it, i've heard a lot of great things about it. i will say that i really dislike the straight 16" radius that most rg's (and the jem if i'm correct) have on their necks, but other people love them. my main guitars have a straight 12" radius and i love them. i just thought i'd try something new on the guitar i'm having built.

My favorite is 9.5'' or 10'' but 7.25'' is fine too since I like old Fender Strats. Compound radius is interesting too, 10'-12'' would be nice!
