You know that song "Thank You for the Music"? I've been toying with the idea of putting together an instrumental version of that song (replacing all the piano and vocal tracks with guitar, natch'). There's just stuff that's fun to play AND listen to.

That's an awesome idea. Back in the day we used to do Paul McCartneys' "Silly Love Songs" and replaced the keys and horns with guitars...and it rocked!!

Sorry but I have to disagree. '80s metal = g*y metal? If 80s metal was, then pretty much EVERY rock trend was. Don't you remember what Led Zeppelin/Robert Plant dressed like?
