With all songs just about being a tie for me, I would have to give a bit extra to "Liberty". The follow along lyric was a cool idea, the melody is very nice, and it's short and to the point.

This whole album really changed my approach to the instrument- just like the first Van Halen record did a decade before, and the first Zeppelin record a decade before that.(give or take)

Jimmy unleashed the "raw power" of guitar.
Eddie showed us there are no limitations to playing.
Steve was the "mad scientist" and made us use our brains.

My fav is the solo for The Riddle. The mindset he creates in the mixolydian mode to me is astounding - I could live in that world forever -

...anyway, it's all good and the record is really bigger than the sum of it's parts.

why must I choose?! such a hard choice.lol I thought about it and I decided that I like Sister the most off of that album. I just love that style of song. I also picked it because it is the only song that doesn't sound like the other tracks on the album, but mainly because I really like it. Hooking up my Ipod to see what track I've played the most.... lol Sister has got 20 more plays than the rest of the album,followed by Animal, Answers, For the love of God and Blu Powder. "Heads up"!

I figure most ppl will choose FTLOG, but I'm gonna go with The Animal. Love that song!
